Any use of the website or its contents including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is strictly prohibited without the permission of flowercube. You agree not copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, publish, display, commercially exploit, distribute or create derivative works of such material and content.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Substitution

For flower orders, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

Gift Messages and Gift Wrapping

The gift message service is for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree that any messages sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable. You also agree that you will not impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers. You are entirely responsible for any text or other material which you send on this message system and Flowercube accepts no liability for any such content. We do not pre-screen messages, but may monitor content from time to time. We have the right to refuse to send messages and terminate access to the gift message service at any time and without liability to you.

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Flowercube cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

What Information do we need form you?

To process your order, we need you to supply us with your name, e-mail address, delivery address and delivery phone number. We also ask you to supply us with a telephone number so we can contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. Without this information, we cannot process, fulfil your order and notify you of the status of your order.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from us, or have advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail, post & telephone.

Refunds and Returns Policy

When you place an order for flowers, should you realise you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order up to 12 noon on the day before the scheduled delivery date you requested (Saturday for Monday delivery). The exception to this is the 5 working days immediately prior to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, when we regret we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations.

You are required to notify us by telephone of any problems with your order within 12 hours of receipt of the goods. Should flowers be damaged in transit a replacement will be sent out the following day. Please note our terms and conditions regarding substitution and availability.
Your right to return products does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh flowers.

Product Warnings!

Some products include lilies; lily pollen may stain and can be harmful to pets if ingested.
